Forming an Action Group
After the workshop, your organization will formalize a group to work on choosing, planning and hosting 3+ activities over the course of the next year.
Steps include:
Identify community members, and invite interested attendees from the workshop to your organization’s Action Group in order to create a list of activities that would most benefit your community. Attendees may wish to help plan, to host or simply volunteer at your chosen activities.
Set terms of reference, expectations, meeting times and logistics for the year ahead.
As a group, review the needs and priorities generated at the workshop to inform the activities you wish to host.
